Returns & Exchanges
All Royal Canadian Cornhole Company products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused and in re-sellable condition.

Items to be shipped back for refund will be shipped at the returners expense.

Refunds will be less any shipping charges previously incurred and associated selling fees (credit or debit card charges).

Products may be exchanged for another product of the same value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made items are not eligible for a full refund once the production process as been started. Any deposit paid will not be refunded in this case.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
